African drumming

Knock on Wood has African djembe drumming classes running every Tuesday night at Red Eric Studios.

The class is taught by Ianto Thornber, author of The Djembe Guide books, who has studied to advanced level with some of the country's best players and teachers

Novices 6.45pm Foundation class for beginners, showing you the basics

Players Group 7.15 to 8.30pm Easy African Rhythms on Djembe & Djun

Advanced 8.45 to 9.45pm Advanced rhythms & solo sequences
